Pathway to Prosperity

If you are looking to buy a home, one of Pathway to ProsperitySM 1,2,3 loan subsidy programs HomeAssist, or HomeAccess could help make it more affordable.

Pathway to Prosperity is an initiative to increase homeownership among qualified applicants in eligible communities in the greater Philadelphia, Wilmington, and Camden areas. As part of this initiative, Prosperity is making available two financial assistance programs each providing up to $10,000 in financial assistance per qualifying transaction. HomeAssist provides funds for the purchase of a primary residence located in an eligible census tract. HomeAccess provides funds to current residents of an eligible census tract for the purchase of a primary residence anywhere Prosperity is licensed to lend. Funds under either program can be used for down payment assistance and/or closing cost reduction, subject to applicable restrictions, which may include permanent interest rate reduction in the form of bona fide discount points.
