These affiliated entities may refer you to the Services of another. Because of these relationships, a referral may provide the referred company, its direct or indirect parent, and their respective employees with a financial or other benefit.  Prosperity does not guarantee or warrant the products or services of any affiliated business entity or service provider to whom you may be referred, including settlement providers, title or escrow companies, real estate brokerages, insurance providers, mortgage entities, or other service providers. 

Services offered by each of these businesses may be subject to additional terms available on their respective subdomains, websites, networks, mobile applications, or otherwise.
