New Logo, Same Excellent Experience
When we set out to refresh and redesign our classic Prosperity Home Mortgage logo, we wanted to do it mindfully. Our mission as a company is to provide home financing solutions that positively impact lives and make a difference in the communities where we lend, and we know we can only achieve that mission when our doors are open to everyone. With that mission in mind, we designed a logo that reflects our values and company, and now we’re thrilled to introduce our new logo! Our new marquee symbol features the initial letter “P” in Prosperity as an open door to homeownership, and it helps form the outline of a home. Together with a crisp and clean color palette of blues, our brand-new logo still represents our commitment to delivering the same excellent customer experience.
Prosperity through the Years
Starting as a small mortgage lender operating in the Carolinas, Prosperity now operates nearly nationwide. Our growth accelerated in 2014 when we added many of the loan officers and management from the former joint venture with Wells Fargo, which served the Mid-Atlantic region for over 20 years. Prosperity Home Mortgage built its foundation on supporting the customer and Realtor® experience with a trust-centric focus on the purchase business space.
After putting in the hard work and earning a reputation as a premier lender, Prosperity entered its next chapter in 2017 as a wholly owned subsidiary independent mortgage banker within the HomeServices of America family of companies, further propelling our growth and extending our market dominance. Prosperity Home Mortgage, LLC has enjoyed the significant competitive advantages the acquisition brought to our product offerings, operating flexibilities, and technology.
Which brings us to today…
Prosperity now lends nationally across 49 states and the District of Columbia and is ranked as a top 25 lender with over $15 billion in origination volume in 2021. Our new logo represents our modern brand, operating as a local lender with national presence. One thing that hasn’t changed over the years is our centric focus on the customer and Realtor® relationship experience – it’s what always makes us stand out from the rest.
